InfoSight is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to be responsible for supporting its clients’
adoption and continued satisfaction with InfoSight services.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of relationship with the client, providing counsel and guidance aimed at ensuring their successful experience with InfoSight.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for the client, helping to drive support and change when necessary to help the client achieve their business objectives.
  • Provide best practice recommendations, assist clients in solving point-in-time challenges, and partner with the client to increase the effective use and adoption of InfoSight solutions.
  • Manage a list of strategic customers and initiatives.
  • Provide customers with business, technical, and product knowledge.
  • Develop/execute effective success plans to drive customer outcomes.
  • Educate customers on how existing and new product features/functionality will contribute to the growth of their business.
  • Work closely with Sales and Technical Service Departments to identify and nurture customer renewal and growth opportunities to the point of closure.
  • Relay relevant product feedback and recommendations from customers.
  • Travel as needed to meet in person with customers.

What you need

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer facing role such as a Technical Account Management, Customer Success Management, Solution Engineering/Architecture, or Professional Services
  • Experience working with a technical customer base and corporate IT projects and processes
  • Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Proactive, positive, self-starter, and team player
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher

  • Experience with large enterprise customers
  • Ability to work comfortably across geographies and cultures
