Drive project scope activities, deliverables, schedules, budgets and tasks list
Conduct and facilitate project kick-offs, stand-up meetings, team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and risk management
Track/manage projects from initiation to successful completion, identify and escalate issues, and resolve problems and changes
Communicate project statuses in a timely manner to Project Managers and Project stakeholders
Handle confidential information with necessary care and discretion; according to the guidelines established by the GBLA, SOX, PCI and/or HIPPA
Review customer reports to ensure quality and accuracy
Work flexible hours, to include 2nd and/or 3rd shift if required
Ability to handle multiple changing and conflicting priorities
Practical experience with customer service processes and issues.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to diagnose server/workstation or network alerts, events or issues
Possess time management and organizational skills
Have strong attention to detail, conceptual thinking and analytical skills
Have a strong understanding of network and host security principles
Degree in Computer Technology and/or equivalent work experience.
Cisco Security Certification or equivalent work experience.
Snort certification or equivalent work experience.
