Tom Garcia

As President and CEO of InfoSight, Inc., Tom is responsible for corporate development, strategic partnerships, and overall company strategy. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand nationally providing leading-edge Compliance, Information Technology, and Managed Security Solutions for healthcare, banking, insurance, and other regulated industries.

Tom is an entrepreneur and visionary and was among the first to bring Managed Security Services to the SMB space. Prior to founding InfoSight, Inc. in 1998, Tom worked as an original principal and senior management of Systems Integrator, RECOM. During his tenure with RECOM, Tom was essential in growing the company from just 7 employees with less than a million in revenue to over 50 employees and $11 million in revenue before selling the company to Fiserv®. Tom's valuable management and financial data processing experience continues to provide invaluable foresight into the information technology needs of financial institutions, insurance and healthcare organizations nationwide.

Eric Gomez

As InfoSight's Executive Vice President (EVP) and Corporate Security Officer (CSO), Eric is responsible for the Company's entire security posture. In this role, he oversees the direction of all security functions associated with Information Technology applications, communications (voice and data), and computing services within the enterprise.

He also oversees all aspects of the design, implementation and auditing of the IT systems for InfoSight's wide variety of clientele. Eric works with customers to establish their needs, prioritize their security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology, and ensures that operating costs are within the client firm's budget. His expertise spans the areas of IS Security, Auditing, BCP/DR, Policy Development and Security Awareness Training.

Overseeing a network of security analysts and vendors, Eric is an articulate and persuasive leader who serves as an effective member of the senior management team and who is able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.

Brent Stallworth

In his capacity as VP, Director of Technical Services for InfoSight, Brent assesses the current technological systems and needs of InfoSight's customers and formulates strategic solutions that support their unique goals.

Serving as the expert and key contributor on technology, software, and information systems, Brent assists the Company's customers in top-level planning and development. By analyzing and reworking the customer's existing business processes as needed, he identifies and develops their capability to use new tools, sometimes reshaping the customer's physical infrastructure and network access in an effort to create business value from their IT assets.

His expertise in technology infrastructure and applications, from computers to the use of the latest web technologies, as well as his understanding of IT security and regulatory compliance allows InfoSight's customers to enjoy the benefits of integrated business processes, the efficient flow of information, and information systems that operate in compliance with internal and legal regulations.

Carol Herrera

An integral part of InfoSight, Carol is responsible for executing the Company's internal and external financial reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Additionally, as InfoSight's Director of Operations, Carol assumes responsibility for the Company's day-to-day non-technical operations. Working closely with the CEO, she has established the Company's operations manual and continues to establish policies, procedures and reporting systems. A graduate of Rutgers University, Carol continues to pursue her Masters in Accounting.

Geri Hayward-Fairbanks

Geri brings more than 20 years of national and international marketing and communications experience to her position as Director of Marketing. She has extensive experience in developing and executing marketing plans, search engine marketing and website optimization activities, corporate communications, and team leadership.

Besides overseeing the Company's website and social media marketing activities, Geri is responsible for InfoSight's eLearning portal which provides onsite, online and on-demand educational resources for registered members. She also oversees the Company's portfolio of IT infrastructure and security webinars that are open to the public and held twice monthly.

Geri works with InfoSight's strategic partners and resellers assisting them with marketing activities and materials to help them create and build a recurring revenue stream. She combines "hands-on" technical experience with consistent success in driving leads through a variety of Internet marketing strategies.
